- Moderate rainfall (50-200mm) is expected over most parts of Tanzania, Burundi, Rwanda, central to western and northern Kenya, southern Ethiopia, southern Somalia, and north-eastern and southern Uganda.
- Light rainfall (less than 50 mm) is expected over parts of central and southern Ethiopia, northern Somalia, north-western Kenya, western Uganda, southern South Sudan, and coastal regions of the Red Sea.

Rainfall Anomalies
- More than usual rainfall is expected in most parts of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, and southern Ethiopia.
- Less than usual rainfall is expected over a few regions in northern and western Tanzania.
Exceptional Rainfall
- Rainfall amounts exceeding the top 5% on record are expected over central to northern Kenya, central Rwanda, eastern Burundi, and parts of north-eastern and southern Tanzania.
- Rainfall amounts exceeding the top 10% on record are expected over most parts of Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, and Tanzania.
Flood
- The expected very heavy downfall is likely to lead to isolated flood incidences over a few places, in parts of Rwanda, Burundi, and parts of southern, central to northern Kenya and central to southern Tanzania.
- Communities in high-risk areas are advised to exercise caution during this period.

- Moderate to high temperatures (20-32℃) are expected over most parts of South Sudan, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, Somalia, Djibouti, Eritrea, and southern and eastern regions of Sudan.
- Mild temperature conditions (less than 20℃) are expected over parts of north-western Sudan, central to southern Ethiopia, central to western Kenya, and most parts of Rwanda and Burundi.
Temperature anomalies
- Warmer-than-usual temperatures are expected over most parts of Ethiopia, Eritrea, Djibouti, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, central and northern Somalia, central to western Kenya, and southern Uganda.
- Cooler than usual temperatures are expected over most parts of Sudan, South Sudan, and parts of eastern kenya and northern Uganda.
Heat stress
- Cautionary heat stress levels are expected in eastern Kenya, coastal and southern Tanzania, and southern Somalia.
